As an instructional designer & leadership development consultant, I have designed, developed, and delivered modules and programs around a variety of practical subject matter related to people development—including leadership, creativity, action learning & research, collective leadership, sustainability, communication & storytelling, multicultural dialogue, and social innovation. Below are some personal leadership education projects that I have worked on using Articulate Storyline.
Verbal Communication Skills (E-Learning Module)
This module covers some important pointers on effective verbal communication for maximum influence. This module uses scenario-based learning to cover effective verbal communication that is jargon-free, clear, objective, purpose-driven, and connected to the audience.
Love & Leadership: What's Love Got to Do With It? (E-Learning Module)
This module provides a historical overview on how we have understood love in the Western tradition and provides insight into how we can better employ it in our leadership practice.
Changemaking: What Does It Mean to Be the Change? (E-Learning Module)
This module provides an introduction on how we as people are able to influence and be influenced by others to change and how we can maximize our impact in the world in which we live.
